Cross Hairs Button

Design #1124

I debated over what to call this button. For one, it looks like what you might see peering through a rifle scope. Hence I considered calling it cross hairs which is the term used for the two line that intersect at a 90 degree angle in the middle of a scope and the designated impact area for your shot.

On the other hand it is the same symbol I used during my screen printing days and is called a registration mark. They were placed on each corner of a color separation in a design and were used to line up each color screen during the set up process.

I think I’ll leave it as “Cross Hairs”, that makes it more useful. You can place it over your heart as the target for cupids arrow. Korny, I know. Ok then, place it anywhere you want as a target area.
